摘要
检察听证工作,具有化解矛盾、提升检察公信力、加强检察权运行监督制约等多重价值,是检察机关坚持以人民为中心发展理念的具体实践。实践中,部分检察官运用听证开展案件审查的积极性不高、听证工作程序还不够规范,听证工作机制还不够完善、听证配套保障有待增加等,制约了检察听证质效的提升。需要提高检察官的综合素养,规范听证工作流程,优化检察听证制度体系,加强听证配套供给保障,不断提升检察听证办案质效。
The procuratorial hearing work has multiple values such as resolving contradictions,enhancing procuratorial credibility,and strengthening supervision and control over the operation of procuratorial power.It is the specific practice of procuratorial organs adhering to the people-centered development concept.In practice,some prosecutors are not enthusiastic about using hearings to conduct case reviews,the procedures of hearing are not standardized,the working mechanism of hearing is not perfect,and the support of hearing needs to be increased,which restricts the improvement of the quality and efficiency of procuratorial hearing.It is necessary to improve the comprehensive quality of prosecutors,optimize the procuratorial hearing system,strengthen the supporting supply guarantee for hearings,and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of procuratorial hearing cases.
