摘要
关于小脑非运动功能的研究逐渐成为热点,包括工作记忆、语言、执行处理和奖赏等高级认知功能。小脑通过与大脑新皮层之间丰富的连接调控认知功能,小脑结构或功能异常可导致认知功能与社交行为受损,如自闭症谱系障碍(ASD)。本文就小脑的神经解剖基础、认知功能研究进展以及ASD患者小脑结构的变化等方面分别进行阐述,以期为进一步深入认识小脑的生理及病理生理作用提供参考。
The cerebellum is traditionally known for its crucial role in motor coordination,but current research suggests that it also plays a vital part in various cognitive functions,particularly those related to reward and motivation.In contrast,damage or dysfunction of the cerebellum has been linked to cognitive deficits and abnormal social behavior,including autism spectrum disorders(ASD).This article provides a comprehensive review of the neuronal features,neural projections,and involvement of the cerebellum in both cognitive processes and ASD.By examining this significant brain region,we hope to gain a better understanding of its physiological and pathophysiological effects on individuals.
