摘要 二氧化碳捕集利用与封存技术(CCUS)是能源利用过程碳减排途径的主要方式之一,对实现碳达峰碳中和具有重大意义。本研究梳理总结山东省在CCUS政策和标准、示范项目建设、创新平台和人才及专利方面的现状,分析当前山东发展CCUS的优势和问题,提出完善CCUS政策支持与标准规范体系、加大CCUS示范项目支持力度、培育创新主体等战略力量、加强技术攻关等对策建议。 Carbon capture,utilization and storage technology(CCUS)is one of the main ways to reduce carbon emissions in the process of energy utilization,which is of great significance for achieving peak carbon dioxide emission and carbon neutrality.This study summarizes the current situation of CCUS policies and standards,demonstration project construction,innovation platforms and professionals,and patents in Shandong Province.Then it analyzes the advantages and problems of developing CCUS in Shandong Province,and finally proposes some strategies and suggestions such as improving the CCUS policy support and standard specification system,providing more support for CCUS demonstration projects,cultivating innovative players and making more technological break throughs.
