基于多因素的动车组牵引变压器油纸绝缘威布尔(Weibull)混合评估模型 被引量:1

摘要 牵引变压器是动车组能够正常运行的关键部件,而油纸绝缘是牵引变压器内绝缘的重要组成部分,其可靠性水平与变压器能否正常运行息息相关。为弥补变压器油纸绝缘只考虑少数参量的不足,建立基于聚合度、CH4体积分数、H2体积分数、CO体积分数、CO_(2)体积分数、C_(2)H_(2)体积分数以及水分含量7个特征参量的威布尔(Weibull)模型。根据试验数据,使用极大似然估计法计算Weibull模型参数;采用主客观赋值法确定评价指标,并利用熵权法得出动态权重;得到多个时间段的整体可靠度,从而判断其寿命阶段。实例验证表明,可以利用Weibull混合模型对变压器绝缘油纸的寿命阶段进行评估。 The traction transformer is the key component for the operation safety of the EMU,and the oilpaper insulation is an important part of the internal insulation of the traction transformer.Its reliability level is closely related to the operation safety of the transformer.In order to make up for the shortage that only a few parameters are considered for oil-paper insulation of transformer,a Weibull model was established based on seven characteristic parameters:polymerization degree,CH4 volume fraction,H2 volume fraction,CO volume fraction,CO_(2)volume fraction,C_(2)H_(2)volume fraction and water content.According to the test data,the maximum likelihood estimation method was used to calculate the parameters of Weibull model.The evaluation index was determined by subjective and objective evaluation method,and the dynamic weight was obtained by entropy weight method.The overall reliability of multiple time periods was obtained to determine its life stage.Finally,the example verification showed that the Weibull hybrid model accurately evaluated the life stage of the transformer insulation oil paper.
