摘要
为考核航天器的冲击环境适应性,依据冲击响应谱试验原理,设计和搭建了气动冲击响应谱试验系统。对冲击台面及夹具进行了有限元模态分析。研究了不同冲击能量,不同采集位置和不同冲击位置下的夹具冲击响应谱特性。分析了夹具模态,傅里叶变换频谱和冲击响应谱间的关系。研究内容及结果对冲击响应谱试验的实施和夹具的设计具有重要意义。
In order to evaluate the adaptability of spacecraft to shock environment,a pneumatic shock response spectrum test system is designed and built according to the principle of shock response spectrum test.The finite element modal analysis of the shock table and fixture is carried out.The shock response spectrum characteristics of fixture with different shock energies,different acquisition positions and different shock positions are studied.The relationship among fixture mode,Fourier transform spectrum and shock response spectrum is analyzed.The research content and results are of great significance to the implementation of shock response spectrum test and the design of fixture.
