摘要
随着高精端产业的发展,高性能陶瓷的应用越来越广泛。传统陶瓷制造业很难实现具有内外部复杂结构、高精密度、个性化陶瓷的制造。增材制造3D打印技术又称无模具制造,与传统材料成型区别在于材料利用率较高,不需要模具就可以制造任意形状的零件,有望击破传统陶瓷生产的壁垒。本文主要介绍了主流陶瓷3D打印技术,如光固化成型技术、激光烧结技术和三维打印成型技术,阐述了每种技术的工艺原理并指出了目前存在的问题及发展趋势。
With the development of high precision industry,high performance ceramics are more and more widely used.It is difficult for traditional ceramic manufacturing industry to realize the manufacture of ceramics with internal and external complex structure,high precision and personalized.Additive manufacturing 3D printing technology is also known as mould-free manufacturing.The difference between additive manufacturing 3D printing technology and traditional material molding is that the material utilization rate is higher,and the parts of any shape can be made without moulds,which is expected to break the barriers of traditional ceramic production.This paper mainly introduces the mainstream ceramic 3D printing technology,such as light curing molding technology,laser sintering technology and 3D printing molding technology.The technological principle of each technology is expounded and the existing problems and development trend are pointed out.
