摘要
为了研究初始温度470 K、初始压力0.1 MPa下乙醇掺混对航空煤油层流火焰燃烧特性的影响,文中利用定容燃烧弹设备结合仿真进行对比分析。结果表明,乙醇的加入显著提升了航空煤油的层流火焰燃烧速度,但仿真结果与试验数据之间存在较大的偏差,在低当量比时尤为严重,需进一步优化机理。在此基础上通过敏感性分析,发现对层流火焰燃烧速度影响较大的4个基元反应,通过对4个基元反应的参数进行调整,修改得到新模型,该模型与试验值存在较好的吻合度。
To study the effect of ethanol blending on the combustion characteristics of aviation kerosene laminar flame at an initial temperature of 470 K and an initial pressure of 0.1 MPa,a constant volume incendiary bomb was used in this paper to conduct a comparative analysis combined with simulation.The results show that the addition of ethanol significantly improves the laminar burning velocity of aviation kerosene,but there is a large deviation between the simulation results and the experimental data,especially at low equivalence ratios,and the mechanism needs to be further optimized.On this basis,a sensitivity analysis was carried out,finding a great influence of four elementary reactions on the laminar burning speed.Adjusting the parameters of the four elementary reactions,a new model was obtained,being in good agreement with the experimental values.
