摘要
目的构建一套科学、合理的居民卫生应急素养评价指标体系,为卫生应急健康教育和行为干预工作提供衡量尺度。方法通过文献分析法初步构建评价体系,于2021年11月—2022年6月选取15名专家,开展两轮德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询,初步确立居民卫生应急素养的评价指标体系,并利用层次分析法(analytic hi-erarchy process,AHP)和百分权重法确定指标体系的权重。结果经过两轮函询的专家积极系数均为100.00%,专家权威系数分别为0.866、0.885,总协调系数为0.255、0.293(P<0.05)。构建了包括4个一级指标、11个二级指标、37个三级指标的居民卫生应急素养评价指标体系。结论初步构建了一套居民卫生应急素养评价指标体系,其专家代表性强,积极性和权威性高,协调系数符合统计学要求,为进一步指标体系的实测研究奠定了一定基础。
Objective To construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for residents′health emergency literacy,and to provide a measure for health emergency health education and behavioral interventions.Methods The evaluation system was initially constructed by literature analysis method,and 15 experts were selected between November 2021 and June 2022 to conduct two rounds of Delphi expert consultation to initially establish the evaluation index system of residents′health emergency literacy,and the weights of the index system were determined by using the hierarchical analysis method(AHP)and the percentage weighting method.Results After two rounds of correspondence,the positivity coefficients of the experts were 100.00%,and the authority coefficients of the experts were 0.866 and 0.885,respectively.The overall coordination coefficients were 0.255 and 0.293(P<0.05).An evaluation index system of residents′health emergency literacy including 4 primary indicators,11 secondary indicators and 37 tertiary indicators was constructed.Conclusion A set of evaluation index system of residents′health emergency literacy was initially constructed with strong representation of experts,high positivity and authority,and the coordination coefficients CHINA HEALTH INDUSTRY met the statistical requirements,which laid a certain foundation for the actual measurement research of further index system.
