摘要
建立气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)测定减肥类保健食品中西布曲明、脱氢表雄酮、美伐他汀、洛伐他汀及辛伐他汀5种非法添加物含量的方法。减肥产品经10 mL乙腈超声提取15 min,以5 mL水、2 g氯化钠液液萃取净化,80℃氮吹浓缩后采用GC-MS-SIM进行定量分析。结果表明:5种目标物在0.01~2.00µg/mL浓度范围内呈现良好线性关系,相关系数r均大于0.999,方法检出限为0.01 mg/kg,定量限为0.05 mg/kg。在3个加标水平下目标物的平均回收率为92%~106%,平行6份的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.4%~5.7%。此方法高效便捷、灵敏度高、稳定性好,适用于减肥类保健食品中5种非法添加物的含量测定。
A suitable GC-MS method was established for the determination of five illegally additives as sibutramine,dehydroepiandrosterone,mevastatin,lovastatin and simvastatin in slimming health foods.Slimming products were extracted by ultrasonic with 10 mL acetonitrile for 15 min,purified with 5 mL water and 2 g NaCl solution.Then concentrated by nitrogen blowing at 80℃for quantitative analysis by GC-MS-SIM.As a result,the 5 target objects possessed an excellent linearrelation,and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999,LOD was 0.01 mg/kg,LOQ was 0.05 mg/kg.The recoveries were 92%~106%at 3 spiked level with relative standard deviation(n=6)of 2.4%~5.7%.This analytical method is simple,quick,sensitive and stable,which can be used for the determination of 5 illegally additives in slimming health foods.
