基于“以学生为中心”教育理念的《推拿学》教学实践探讨 被引量:2

摘要 《推拿学》是中医院校一门重要的课程,也是具有中医特色的临床专业课之一。这门课程在学习理论的基础上更加注重实际操作,具有实践性很强的特点。在过去的教学中,教师侧重于重难点的解析和操作方法的示范,而学生自主临床实践则相对不足,无法达到很好的教学效果。“以学生为中心”的教育理念是美国著名心理学家卡尔·罗杰斯在1952年提出的能很好地体现以学生为主体,以学生为导向,教师在教学过程中充当一个合作者的角色,从而激发学生的学习兴趣,加强学生的实践能力。文章就“以学生为中心”的教育理念,结合在实际教学过程中的总结展开以下论述。文章提出通过重构教学设计流程,根据学情分析确定教学难点,再以情景引入、病因病机和诊断要点、模拟诊断和治疗、预防及调护四个核心教学环节来优化教学过程,从而到达到学与用的结合,在以学生为主体的教学过程中提升了学生自主探索及反思能力。 Massage is not only an important course in universities of traditional Chinese medicine,but also one of the clinical professional courses with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.This course focuses more on practical operation than the theory,and is characterized by strong practicality.In the past teaching,teachers focused on the analysis of difficult points and the demonstration of operation ability,while the independent clinical practice of students was relatively insufficient,which could not achieve a good teaching effect.The educational concept of"studentcentered"was put forward by the famous American psychologist Carl Rogers in 1952.This educational concept can well reflect that students are the main roles and the teaching should be student-oriented,and teachers play a cooperative role in the teaching process,so as to stimulate students'interest in learning and strengthen their practical ability.Based on the educational concept of"student-centered"and the summary in the actual teaching process,we make the following discussion,and we propose four core teaching steps to optimize the teaching process,including to reconstruct the teaching design process,determine the teaching difficulties according to the analysis of the learning situation,and then use the scenario introduction,etiology,pathogenesis and diagnosis points,simulated diagnosis and treatment,prevention and nursing,so as to achieve the combination of learning and application.In the process of teaching with student-oriented,it promotes students'ability of independent exploration and reflection.
