摘要
目的研究柔性管理在妇产科护理管理工作中的应用效果。方法选取102名分娩产妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组51名。对照组产妇采用常规管理,观察组产妇采用柔性管理。对比两组管理效果。结果护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组恶露流尽时间、宫缩持续时间均短于对照组,排尿时间早于对照组,宫缩疼痛程度轻于对照组,产后出血量少于对照组,宫底高度低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组阴道静息压力、盆底疼痛评分及盆底肌力评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组阴道静息压力、盆底肌力评分高于对照组,盆底疼痛评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柔性管理在妇产科护理管理工作中,护理效果表现优异,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the application effect of flexible management in nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 102 parturients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional management,and the observation group adopted flexible management.The management effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS score and SDS score of 2 groups were lower than before nursing,and observation group was significantly lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The completion time of lochia flow and the duration of contraction in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the urination time was earlier than that in the control group,the degree of contraction pain was less than that in the control group,the postpartum blood loss was less than that in the control group,and the fundus height was lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistical significance in vaginal resting pressure,pelvic floor pain score and pelvic floor muscle strength score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the score of vaginal resting pressure and pelvicfloor muscle strength in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the score of pelvicfloor pain was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Flexible management in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management work,nursing effect performance is excellent,worthy of clinical promotion.
