全氟烷基和多氟烷基类化合物对女性生殖内分泌的影响

摘要 全氟烷基和多氟烷基类化合物(PFAS)是一种常见的环境内分泌干扰物,广泛分布于全球,具有很强的毒性和一定的生物蓄积潜力。目前,PFAS已广泛用于医疗、家庭、食品储存和工业产品的制造生产过程中,如PVC塑料,食品包装以及塑料医用管及一些个人护理化学品。人们通常通过呼吸道及消化道接触摄入PFAS。PFAS可以通过干扰女性性激素的分泌、卵泡发育及月经周期的建立,进而损害女性的生殖功能。本文综述系统回顾了各种PFAS和PFAS混合物对女性生殖功能的影响及其可能的机制。 Per-and poly-fluoroalkyl substances(PFAS)are common environmental endocrine disruptors,which are widely distributed all over the world.PFAS have strong toxicity and bioaccumulation potential.At present,PFAS has been widely used in medical treatment,family,food storage and the manufacturing process of industrial products,such as PVC plastics,food packaging,plastic medical tubes and some personal care chemicals.Previous studies have evaluated daily exposure in populations through respiratory and digestive tract contact.PFAS can disrupt normal reproductive function through interfering the secretion of female sex hormones,the development of follicles and the establishment of menstrual cycle.This review systematically reviews the effects of various PFAS and PFAS mixtures on female reproductive function and their possible mechanisms.
