摘要
目的:分析探讨低温等离子射频+臭氧注射消融术配合身痛逐瘀汤治疗颈椎间盘突出症的临床价值。方法:选择2020年8月—2022年8月于福建中医药大学附属泉州市正骨医院接受治疗的120例颈椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用身痛逐瘀汤加理疗等保守治疗,观察组采用低温等离子射频+臭氧注射消融术配合身痛逐瘀汤治疗。比较两组颈椎病日本骨科协会治疗(JOA)评分、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评分、疼痛评分。结果:治疗后1 d、1周、2周、3周,两组的颈椎病JOA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后6周、8周,观察组颈椎病JOA评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1 d、1周、2周,两组NDI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3周、6周、8周,观察组NDI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低温等离子射频+臭氧注射消融术配合身痛逐瘀汤治疗颈椎间盘突出症的效果确切,可明显改善患者疼痛程度。
Objective:To analyze and explore the clinical value of low temperature plasma radio frequency+ozone injection ablation combined with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of cervical disc herniation.Method:A total of 120 patients with cervical disc herniation who received treatment at Quanzhou Orthopedic Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to August 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conservative treatment such as Shentong Zhuyu Decoction and physical therapy,while the observation group was treated with low temperature plasma radio frequency+ozone injection ablation combined with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction.The Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)score of cervical spondylosis,neck disability index(NDI)score,and pain score between the two groups were compared.Result:After 1 d,1 week,2 weeks,and 3 weeks of treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in JOA score of cervical spondylosis between the two groups(P>0.05).At 6 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment,the JOA score of cervical spondylosis in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 d,1 week,and 2 weeks of treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in NDI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 weeks,6 weeks,and 8 weeks after treatment,the NDI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of low temperature plasma radio frequency+ozone injection ablation combined with Shentong Zhuyu Decoct
