摘要
美国陆军特种部队JTAC等级评估组织实施主要体现在基本流程、项目设置、标准划分三个方面。其在多年发展的过程中呈现出流程标准化、紧贴实战化、方式多样化、保障体系化等特点。研究美国陆军特种部队JTAC等级评估对我特种部队等级考核评定在加强顶层设计、优化考评标准、组建专业评判队伍、探索科学的方法手段等方面具有重要的现实意义和参考价值。
The organization and implementation of JTAC level evaluation of U.S.army special forces are mainly reflected in three aspects,which are basic process,project setting and standard division.In the process of many years'development,it has shown the characteristics of process standardization,close to actual combat,diversification of methods and systematization of sup⁃port.The research on JTAC grade evaluation of U.S.army special forces has important practical significance and reference value for special forces grade evaluation in strengthening top-level design,optimizing evaluation standards,establishing professional evalua⁃tion teams,and exploring scientific methods and means.
