摘要
目的调查并分析成都市主城区育龄期女性非意愿妊娠现状及避孕指导需求。方法在成都市五个主城区采取分层随机抽样的方法,每个区随机抽取目标街道,每个街道再随机抽取目标社区,从每个被抽中的社区居委会中通过身份证编号采取简单随机抽样,对每个随机抽取的对象进行详细的问卷调查。结果随机抽取目标调查对象1289名,共收到1230份有效调查问卷,24.1%的调查对象表示曾经发生过非意愿妊娠,11.2%发生过两次及以上非意愿妊娠;63.9%的非意愿妊娠以药物或人工流产的方式终止妊娠。多因素分层Logistic回归分析结果显示,已婚和男性出生于乡村是我市主城区育龄期女性非意愿妊娠的危险因素,女性年龄在21~25岁、大学及以上学历、男性专科及以上学历是非意愿妊娠的保护因素。避孕需求调查显示,51.2%女性从未接受过避孕知识指导及相关教育;61.0%表示没有获得足够的避孕指导;70.4%表示非常愿意接受专业的避孕指导教育,其中最能接受的指导方式为浅显易懂的科普手册。结论我市主城区育龄期女性非意愿妊娠现状让人担忧,提高育龄期男女双方避孕认知及避孕知识普及率是降低我市主城区非意愿妊娠率的两大切入点。
Objective To investigate and analyze the situation of unwanted pregnancy and contraceptive guidance needs of childbearing age women of Chengdu main urban area.Methods The method of stratified random sampling was adopted in the five main urban areas of Chengdu.The target streets were randomly selected in each district,and then target communities were randomly selected.Simple random sampling was adopted by ID number from the selected communities,and detailed questionnaire survey was conducted for each randomly selected object.Results A total of 1289 subjects were randomly selected and 1230 valid questionnaires were received,24.1%of the respondents indicated that they had had an unwanted pregnancy,and 11.2%had two or more unwanted pregnancies.Among the unwanted pregnancies,63.9%were terminated by drug or induced abortion.Multivariate hierarchical Logistic regression analysis showed that married and male born in rural areas were risk factors for unwanted pregnancy among women of childbearing age in Chengdu main urban area,21~25 years old,college degree or above,male college degree or above were the protective factors of unwanted pregnancy in women of childbearing age.The contraceptive need survey showed that 51.2%of the respondents said that they had never received contraceptive knowledge guidance and related education;61.0%said they did not receive adequate contraceptive guidance;70.4%were very willing to accept professional contraceptive guidance education,and the most acceptable way of guidance was simple popular science manual.Conclusion The situation of unwanted pregnancy among women of childbearing age in main urban area of our city is worrying,improving the awareness of contraception and contraceptive knowledge of both men and women of childbearing age are two points to reduce the rate of unwanted pregnancy in main urban area of our city.
