摘要
作为冶金和化学领域的重要原材料,兰炭在生产过程中会排放出大量的有害物质,制约兰炭行业的发展。经过分析兰炭废水的来源和水质特性,总结了兰炭废水深度处理的多种方法的特点,后对其进行了综合性的分析。兰炭废水处理流程复杂,处理成本高,各方法易出现的问题影响其达到最佳去除效果,且污水排放并未完全达标,是制约兰炭废水实现“零液排放”的主要原因。在推进兰炭废水深度处理的进程中,相关管理机构应不断完善行业标准体系;企业应不断加强自治力,在并不断创新优化工艺参数的同时,增加回收减少成本,同时要重视技术人才的培养,增进企业之间和企业高校之间的合作与交流,研究出更多低成本的材料,实现兰炭废水的“零液排放”、节能降耗和生态环保的良好发展。
As an important raw material in metallurgical and chemical fields,a large amount of harmful substances are emitted from the production process of lan char,which restricts the development of the lan char industry.After analyzing the sources and water quality characteristics of the lan char wastewater,the characteristics of various methods for deep treatment of lan char wastewater were summarized,followed by a comprehensive analysis of them.The main reasons for restricting the development of"zero liquid discharge"of char wastewater are the complicated treatment process,high treatment cost,the problems of each method that affect the best removal effect,and the fact that the discharge of wastewater does not fully meet the standard.In the process of promoting the deep treatment of charcoal wastewater,relevant management agencies should continuously improve the industry standard system;enterprises should continuously strengthen their autonomy,increase recovery and reduce costs while continuously innovating and optimizing process parameters;at the same time,they should pay attention to the cultivation of technical talents,enhance cooperation and communication between enterprises and universities,and research more low-cost materials to realize the"zero liquid discharge"of charcoal wastewater.
