摘要
随着我国互联网科技的快速发展,电子商务已在商业领域中得到普及,成为当前企业经营活动中不可或缺的经营渠道和工具。但在企业的电商经营活动中,普遍存在着电子合同、知识产权、不当宣传、隐私和数据保护等风险问题,这些问题已成为企业发展的阻碍和隐患,也给企业带来了法律风险。文章在揭示了这些风险问题的同时,有针对性地提出了具体的风险防范建议,以期促进企业电商事业健康稳定发展。
With the rapid development of internet technology in China,e-commerce has been popularized in business,becoming an indispensable operational channel and tool in the operation of the business.But there are such legal risks as elecronic contract,intellectual property,inappropriate publicity,privacy and data protection,which are widespread in the e-commerce business activities of enterprises.All of these problems have been obstacles and hidden dangers in the progress of enterprises as well as legal risks for them.As the paper reveals these risks,it also puts forward some targeted suggestions on risk precautions,so as to promote the stable and healthy development of e-commerce in enterprises.
