摘要
安装维修方便、建设成本低的一体化预制泵站被广泛应用于市政管网工程,但其筒体的刚度分析检测在质检行业中尚无相关标准和规范。建立一体化预制泵站模型,对其进行有限元刚度分析,得到沙土载荷和水载荷下的筒体应力分布云图、装满水和空筒时的筒体变形云图,以及外部为沙土内部为水时的筒体等效应变云图和外部为沙土内部为空筒时的筒体等效应变云图,由此为一体化预制泵站筒体的设计与标准制定提供参考。
Integrated prefabricated pump station with convenient installation and maintenance and low construction cost is widely used in municipal pipe network project,but the stiffness analysis and testing of its cylinder has no relevant standards and specifications in the quality inspection industry.The integrated prefabricated pump station model was established,the finite element stiffness analysis was carried out,and the cylinder stress distribution clouds under sand load and water load,the cylinder deformation clouds when filled with water and empty cylinder were obtained,as well as the cylinder isometric cloud map when the outside is sand and the inside is water and the cylinder isometric cloud map when the outside is sand and the inside is empty,so as to provide reference for the design and standard formulation of the integrated prefabricated pump station cylinder.
