中厚倾斜破碎矿体下向进路法开采工艺及稳定性研究 被引量:1

Study on Mining Technology and Stability of Downward Filling Mining Method for Medium-Thick Inclined Broken Ore Body

摘要 根据焦家金矿破碎矿体的特点与现场实际,对该矿深部破碎矿体开采采用C料尾砂下向充填采矿法。对下向进路安全系数进行分析,得到了量佳进路参数,即承载层厚1.6 m、进路宽1.5m、高3.4m。基于ABAQUS软件建立二维平面模型,模拟不同厚度人工假顶下的回采工作,得到进路变形、塑性区分布以及顶板沉降规律,优选出最佳人工假顶厚度为1.0m。研究结果为焦家金矿深部破碎矿体开采提供了理论支撑。 According to the characteristics of the broken ore body and the actual situation of the site,the deep broken ore body mining in Jiaojia Gold Mine adopts the downward filling mining method with C material tailings.The safety factor of the downward approach was analyzed,and the optimal approach parameters were obtained,including the bearing layer thickness of 1.6m,the approach width of 1.5m,and the approach height of 3.4m.Based on ABAQUS software,a two-dimensional plane model was established to simulate the mining work under different thickness of artificial roofs.The deformation of the approach,distribution of plastic zones,and roof settlement patterns were obtained,and the optimal thickness of artificial roofs was selected as 1.0m.The research results provide a theoretical support for the mining of deep broken ore bodies in Jiaojia Gold Mine.
