工作面煤层支护设计与工程实践

摘要 为解决急倾斜工作面煤层采用水泥浆料为核心的锚喷注浆支护方式所存在的成本高、围岩控制效果差等问题,在对工作面顶底板条件以及原支护效果分析的基础上,研究了刚柔嵌合锚注支护方式的优劣,并根据工作面实际情况确定注浆材料及其相关注浆参数。通过工业实践验证了刚柔嵌合锚注支护方式对工作面围岩的控制效果。 In order to solve the problems of high cost and poor control effect of surrounding rocks in using cement slurry as the core anchor injection support method for sharply inclined working face coal seam,the advantages and disadvantages of rigid-flexible embedded anchor injection support method are studied based on the analysis of the working face top and bottom plate conditions and the original support effect,and the grouting material and its related grouting parameters are determined according to the actual situation of the working face;finally,the control effect of rigid-flexible embedded anchor injection support method on the surrounding rocks of the working face is verified through industrial practice.Finally,the control effect of rigid-flexible embedded anchor injection support method on the working face surrounding rock is verified through industrial practice.
