摘要
为进一步提升回采巷道的支护效果,保证煤矿生产的安全性,以9号煤层所属回采巷道为研究对象,在对其地质条件分析的基础上,对其顶板的松动圈进行测试,并基于仿真计算FLAC3D软件对初步设计支护方案的应力和应变进行对比,从而得出最佳支护方案。通过工业性试验验证了接长锚杆支护的效果和优势,为今后在煤矿支护中应用奠定基础。
In order to further improve the support effect of mining roadway and ensure the safety of coal mine production.Taking the mining roadway of Coal Seam 9 as an example,based on the analysis of its geological conditions,the loose zone of its roof was tested;Secondly,based on FLAC3D software,the stress and strain of the preliminary design support scheme are compared to obtain the best support scheme;Finally,the effectiveness and advantages of extended bolt support were verified through industrial tests,laying a foundation for future application in coal mine support.
