摘要
目的探讨阿仑膦酸钠片联合脉冲电磁场治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床效果。方法选取2018年7月-2020年7月解放军中部战区空军医院收治的老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者48例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各24例。2组均采取外科保守治疗,对照组在常规外科治疗的基础上口服阿仑膦酸钠片加钙尔奇D片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用脉冲电磁场治疗。比较2组患者首次下地时间、完全负重活动时间、治疗前及治疗12周后疼痛情况、功能障碍指数、骨密度值以及不良反应发生率。结果2组首次下地活动时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组完全负重活动时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗12周后的VAS评分、ODI指数及骨密度值改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿仑膦酸钠片联合脉冲电磁场治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折可有效缓解患者疼痛,降低功能障碍指数,增加骨密度,且不增加不良反应发生风险,安全性良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of alendronate sodium tablet combined with pulsed electromagnetic field in the treatment of senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.Methods A total of 48 elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random word table method,with 24 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with surgical conservative treatment,and the control group was treated with alendronate sodium tablet plus Caltec D tablet on the basis of conventional surgical treatment.The observation group was treated with pulsed electromagnetic field in addition to the control group.The first time to go to the ground,the time of complete weight-bearing activity,the visual analog score of pain before and 12 weeks after treatment,the disability index,bone mineral density and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between 2 groups.Results After treatment,there was no significant difference in the time of first ground activity between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the time of complete weight-bearing activity was earlier in the observation group,and the diference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,VAS score,ODlindex and bone mineral density were significantly improved in the observation group compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant diference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Alendronate sodium tablet combined with pulsed electromagnetic field in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture can effectively relieve the pain degree,reduce pain index,increase bone mineral density,without increasing the risk of adverse reactions,good safety.
