摘要
目的分析三维可视化辅助复杂甲状腺肿瘤诊疗的临床应用价值。方法选取2021年1月-2022年2月间新余钢铁集团中心医院收治的30例复杂甲状腺肿瘤患者作为研究对象,均应用三维可视化辅助甲状腺肿瘤诊断和治疗,收集、记录手术相关指标、并发症和预后情况,计算诊断的灵敏度、特异度、准确率。结果30例复杂甲状腺肿瘤患者均手术成功,平均手术时间(76.45±10.68)min,平均术中出血量(117.52±21.47)mL;辅助诊断的灵敏度、特异度、准确率依次为81.82%(9/11)、94.74%(18/19)、90.00%(27/30);发生并发症5例(16.67%)。结论三维可视化辅助复杂甲状腺肿瘤诊疗的临床价值显著,具有较高的诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确率和手术成功率,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of three-dimensional visualization in assisting the diagnosis and treatment of complex thyroid tumors.Methods Thirty patients with complex thyroid tumors admited to the author's hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Three-dimensional visualization was used to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid tumors,and surgical-related indicators,complications and prognosis were collected and recorded.to calculate the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of the diagnosis.Results All 30 patients with complex thyroid tumors were successfuly operated,the average operation time was(76.45±10.68)min,and the average intraoperative blood loss was(117.52±21.47)mL;the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of auxiliary diagnosis were 81.82%(9/11),94.74%(18/19),90.00%(27/30);complications occurred in 5 cases(16.67%).Conclusion Three-dimensional visualization has significant clinical value in assisting the diagnosis and treatment of complex thyroid tumors,with high diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and surgical success rate,and is worthy of popularization and application.
