摘要
采用国内动态检衡车组,检定安装在中老铁路老挝段的自动轨道衡时,需要办理复杂的过境手续。因此,采用参考车辆作为计量标准器,测试中老铁路老挝段的自动轨道衡。在建立参考车辆标准时,主标准器选择T7检衡车,控制衡器选择距离中老铁路比较近,重复性试验变化量较小的国内数字指示轨道衡;参考车辆选择5辆总重与动态检衡车组名义质量相近、量值稳定的货车和1辆重量接近92 t的货车。利用T7检衡车和控制衡器,参照JJG 234—2012《自动轨道衡》检定规程的要求,建立参考车辆标准。测试结果显示:利用T7检衡车,选用数字指示轨道衡作为控制衡器,建立参考车辆标准,测试中老铁路自动轨道衡准确度可行。参考车辆装载物应稳定、质量值不易发生变化,使用时间不得超过7天。
When using domestic dynamic test vehicle for rail-weighbridges to verify the automatic rail-weighbridge installed in Laos section of China-Laos railway,complicated transit procedures need to be handled.Therefore,reference wagons were used as measurement standards to test these automatic rail-weighbridges.When establishing the reference wagons standard,the main standard shall select T7 test vehicle for rail-weighbridge,and control instrument shall select the domestic digital indication rail-weighbridgewhich is relatively close to China-Laos railwayand has small repeatability test change.Five wagons with a total weight similar to the nominal mass of the dynamic test vehicle for rail-weighbridges and a stable quantity value,and one wagon with a weight close to 92 tons is selected as reference wagons.Using the T7 test vehicle for rail-weighbridge and control instrument,reference wagons were establishedas standard in accordance with the requirements of the JJG 234—2012 Automatic rail-weighbridges verification regulation.The test results show that it is feasible to verify the automatic rail-weighbridge of China-Laos railway with reference wagons established by using test vehicle for rail-weighbridges and digital indication rail-weighbridge as control instrument.The load of the reference vehicle should be stable,the mass value should not change easily,and the reference wagons shall not be used for more than 7 days.
