摘要
我国输气管道快速发展,对管道安全可靠高效运行提出更高要求。近年发生多次输气管道安全事故,应提升我国管道标准系统性和先进性。以加拿大综合性管道标准CSA Z662-2015《油气管道系统》为例,针对输气管道输送工艺设计关键问题,包括输气站等级、建筑安全、出口和紧急停车系统,以及管道干线超压保护、埋深,开展中国和加拿大管道标准对标分析。提出国标GB 50251修订建议,对于提高我国长输管道设计水平具有重要意义。
With rapid development of gas transmission pipelines in China,higher requirements are put forward for the safe,reliable and efficient operation of pipelines.Recently,many gas transmission pipeline safety accidents have occurred,and the systematicness and progressiveness of China pipeline standards should be improved.Taking the Canada comprehensive pipeline standard CSA Z662-2015 Oil and Gas Pipeline System as an example,the benchmarking analysis of China and Canada pipeline standards was carried out for key issues in the design of gas transmission pipeline transmission process,including gas transmission station level,building safety,exit and emergency shutdown systems,excess pressure protection and burial depth of pipeline.It is of great significance to propose the revision of GB 50251 for improving the design level of long distance pipeline in China.
