摘要
为有效降低地化线路的建设费用与损耗费用,以智能变电站地化线路作为研究对象,设计基于正则化的安装位置优化方法。将地化线路安装位置选取问题转换为非线性、多约束、多目标的综合性问题,构建地化线路综合费用计算公式,通过以惩罚因子形式引入地理信息因素,统一地化线路投资与运行费用以及安装费用,构建安装位置选取的数学模型。利用中心化与平衡预处理阶段,实现安装位置优化。所提优化方法极大程度缩减了地化线路建设费用、安装费用以及网损费用,优化后地化线路位置避免了难以安装的范围,使供电质量与安全得到保证。
In order to effectively reduce the construction cost and loss cost of the localization line,the localization line of intelligent substation is taken as the research object,and the installation location optimization method based on regularization is designed.In this paper,the problem of location selection is transformed into a nonlinear,multi constrained and multi-objective comprehensive problem,and the calculation formula of comprehensive cost of geochemical line is constructed.By introducing geographic information factor in the form of punishment factor,the investment and operation cost and installation cost of localization line are unified,and the mathematical model of selection of installation location is constructed.The installation position is optimized by using the centralization and balance pretreatment stage.The proposed optimization method greatly reduces the construction cost,installation cost and network loss cost of geochemical lines.After optimization,the location of geochemical lines avoids the scope that is difficult to install,and ensures the quality and safety of power supply.
