摘要
通过气质联用法对纺织品中4种乙二醇二甲醚物质进行了分析检测。优化了超声前处理萃取溶剂、萃取时间及色谱-质谱条件。对纺织品中常用的棉贴衬布样品进行了加标试验,4种乙二醇二甲醚物质的回收率和相对标准偏差分别在65.2%~106.7%和2.48%~6.02%范围内,线性范围为0.1~10.0 mg/L,定量限为1.0 mg/kg。该方法前处理过程简单,线性范围广,回收率高,适用于纺织品中4种乙二醇二甲醚物质的同时检测。
Four kinds of ethylene glycol dimethyl ether substances in textiles were analyzed and detected by GC/MS.The ultrasonic treatment conditions,such as extraction solvent,extraction time and chromatography-mass spectrometry conditions were optimized.A standard addition experiment was carried out on the coton interlining samples commonly used in textiles.The recoveries and relative standard deviations of the four types of ethylene glycol dimethyl ether substances were in the range of 65.2%~106.7%and 2.48%~6.02%.The linear range and the limit of quantification was 0.1~10.0 mg/L and 1.0 mg/kg,respectively.With the simple pretreatment process,wide linear range and high recovery rate,the method is suitable for simultaneous detection of four kinds of ethylene glycol dimethyl ether substances in textiles.
