电梯钢丝绳用高性能70钢丝热处理工艺研究

摘要 系统研究了钢丝热处理过程中加热时间对钢丝力学性能的影响,得到多个直径钢丝在加热过程中的强度变化曲线,拟合出钢丝完全奥氏体化时间与直径的数学关系。研究了铅浴淬火温度对钢丝组织片层间距以及力学性能的影响,比较钢丝在不同铅浴淬火温度下的组织和性能特点,确定了不同直径钢丝的最佳淬火温度,为制定钢丝生产热处理工艺参数提供参考。 To study influence of heating time on mechanical properties of steel wire during heat treatment systematically,and strength curve of steel wire with various diameters is obtained during heating.The mathematical relationship between time of complete austenitizing of steel wire and diameter of steel wire is fitted.The effect of lead bath quenching temperature on spacing and mechanical properties of steel wire microstructure layers was studied,microstructure and performance characteristics of steel wire under different lead bath quenching temperatures were compared,the optimal quenching temperature of steel wire with different diameters was determined.Provide reference for setting of heat treatment process parameters in steel wire production.
