摘要
为进一步提升刮板输送机的运输能力和可靠性,针对多电机刮板输送机功率不平衡问题,在对多电机刮板输送机技术参数研究的基础上,提出了多电机刮板输送机功率平衡控制策略和方案,并基于Simulink软件对神经网络的模糊控制策略对功率平衡控制效果进行仿真分析,为今后多电机刮板输送机的可靠、高效运行奠定基础。
In order to further improve the transport capacity and reliability of scraper conveyor,for the multi-motor scraper conveyor power imbalance problem,on the basis of research on the technical parameters of multi-motor scraper conveyor,the multi-motor scraper conveyor power balance control strategy and scheme are proposed,and the power balance control effect is simulated and analyzed based on Simulink software on the fuzzy control strategy of neural network,for the future This will lay the foundation for the reliable and efficient operation of the multi-motor scraper conveyor in the future.
