摘要
针对西山煤电集团某矿主通风机易出现振动故障的问题,分析了通风机常见振动故障原因,设计了一种主通风机振动故障预警装置,介绍了该装置的结构、具体工作原理,总结了技术特点,并进行了实践应用。应用结果表明:应用该装置能准确预警通风机振动故障,更好地保障了主通风机的安全稳定运行。
Aiming at the problem that the main ventilator of a mine in Xishan Coal and Power Group is prone to vibration faults,the common causes of vibration faults of ventilators were analyzed,and a vibration fault warning device for main ventilators was designed,the structure and specific working principle of the device were introduced,the technical features were summarized,and practical applications were carried out.safe and stable operation.
