摘要
基于矿用液压支架的基本结构,合理构建采煤工作面矿用液压支架有限元分析模型,并以此为基础开展偏载工况下采煤工作面矿用液压支架静力学分析。根据有限元分析结果,指出当前采煤工作面中矿用液压支架存在的结构不足,提出针对性结构优化方案。为验证结构优化方案的有效性,还将结构优化方案应用于工程实践,以此来进一步检验结构优化方案的有效性。
Based on the basic structure of the mining hydraulic support,the finite element analysis model of the mining hydraulic support in the coal mining face is reasonably constructed,and based on this,the statics analysis of the mining hydraulic support in the coal mining face under the eccentric load condition is carried out.According to the results of the finite element analysis,the structural deficiencies of the mining hydraulic support in the current coal mining face are pointed out,and the targeted structural optimization scheme is proposed.To verify the effectiveness of the structural optimization plan,it will also be applied to engineering practice to further verify the effectiveness of the structural optimization plan.
