摘要
为了使带式输送机的稳定性以及可靠性得到进一步的提高,首先对带式输送机液压驱动系统的性能要求作了简要分析,在此基础上,对带式输送机液压传动系统进行了总体设计,并对液压传动系统中的重要部件进行了设计和选型。为了验证驱动系统的可行性,通过AMESim软件对其性能进行了仿真模拟分析,最后达到增加带式输送机在运行过程中的平稳性的效果。
In order to further improve the stability as well as the reliability of the belt conveyor,this paper firstly makes a brief analysis of the performance requirements of the hydraulic drive system of the belt conveyor,based on which the overall design of the hydraulic drive system of the belt conveyor is carried out,and the design and selection of the important components in the hydraulic drive system are made.In order to verify the feasibility of the drive system,its performance was simulated and analysed by AMESim software,and finally the effect of increasing the smoothness of the belt conveyor during operation was achieved.
