冰球服装面料服用性能的综合评价 被引量:1

摘要 为满足冰球运动对服装热湿舒适性、运动舒适性及耐用性的功能需求,选取绞花纱罗网眼、凹凸提花鸟眼、菱形纱罗网眼、四角网眼共4种组织的8款冰球服用针织面料对其进行透气性、透湿性、弹性、耐磨性等测试与分析,采用模糊综合评价方法对面料的性能进行综合评价。结果表明:在材料组成相同情况下,纱罗网眼织物结构疏松,透气性优于提花鸟眼织物;单位面积内网眼密度越大,透气性越好。在材料组成相同、厚度相近情况下,面密度较大的织物透湿性较差。与纯涤纶织物相比,四角网眼织物由锦氨包芯纱制成,其横、纵向弹性回复率均较佳,但因其质地相对轻薄,耐磨性显著下降。模糊综合评价结果可为冰球服不同功能区域的面料选用提供建议。 To meet the functional requirements of ice hockey clothing on its thermal-wet comfort,sports comfort and durability,this study selected eight knitted fabrics with four kinds of mesh structure,and tested and analyzed their air permeability,moisture permeability,elasticity,wear resistance and other properties.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was carried out on the properties of fabrics.The results show that under the same material composition,compared with bird‘s eye fabric,leno mesh fabric has loose structure and better air permeability.The greater the mesh density per unit area,the better air permeability.When the composition is the same and the thickness is similar,the fabric with higher weight has poor moisture permeability.Warp-knitted four-corner mesh fabric is made of nylon core-spun yarn.Compared with the pure polyester fabric,it has better elastic recovery rate in both horizontal direction and longitudinal direction,and it is relatively light and thin,but its wear resistance decreases significantly.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results can provide suggestions for the selection of fabrics in different functional areas of ice hockey suits.
