摘要
随着高渗透率分布式光伏的接入,配电网的过电压问题愈发严重。文章依托智能融合终端建立低压无功电压监测体系,在统一信息采集传输通信规约的基础上,提出了一种含高渗透率分布式光伏的台区无功电压控制方案。最后以某台区为例,验证所提方案对配电网过电压可以进行快速有效的控制,从而进一步为分布式光伏接入配电网提供新的思路。
With the high-permeability distributed photovoltaic access,overvoltage of the distribution network becomes more and more serious.In this paper,a low-voltage reactive voltage monitoring system is established based on intelligent fusion terminals.On the basis of unified information acquisition and transmission communication protocol,a substation reactive voltage control scheme is proposed.Finally,taking a platform area as an example,the proposed scheme is verified to be able to control the over-voltage quickly and effectively,thus providing a new idea for the distributed photovoltaic access to the distribution network.
