基于注浆工艺的边坡岩体与锚固体间粘结强度试验对比分析 被引量:3

摘要 依托我国南部沿海地区的某大型锚杆试验场地,基于不同的注浆工艺,通过试验数据分析与对比,得出,一、二次注浆型锚杆这2种工况下的极限粘结强度情况,并与国家规范给出的建议值进行对比分析。结果表明:在同样的地层与锚固长度条件下,二次注浆工艺下的锚杆极限抗拔力约为一次注浆工艺时的1.1~1.3倍。当锚固长度逐渐变大时,极限抗拔力表现为非线性变大趋势,超过一定值后,一次注浆工艺的极限抗拔力缓慢增大;而二次注浆锚杆的极限抗拔力仍大幅提高。在呈硬塑状的残积砂质粘性土地层条件下,不管是一次注浆工艺还是二次注浆工艺,其相应锚杆的极限粘结强度标准值均远大于规范值。 Relying on a large-scale bolt test site in the southern coastal area of China,based on different grouting processes,through the analysis and comparison of test data,the ultimate bond strength of primary grouting bolt and secondary grouting bolt under these two working conditions is summarized,and compared with the recommended value given by the national code.The results show that under the same stratum and anchorage length,the ultimate pullout force of anchor bolt under the secondary grouting process is about 1.1~1.3 times of that under the primary grouting process.When the anchorage length increases gradually,the ultimate pull-out force shows a nonlinear trend.When it exceeds a certain value,the ultimate pull-out force of the primary grouting process increases slowly,while the ultimate pull-out force of the secondary grouting bolt still increases greatly.Under the condition of hard plastic residual sandy cohesive soil layer,whether it is primary grouting process or secondary grouting process,the standard value of the ultimate bond strength of the corresponding anchor rod is far greater than the standard value.
