摘要
在旅游业恢复以及智慧创新的发展背景下,文章首先提出了“线上+线下”协同运作实现“智慧旅游”的设想。其次对“智慧旅游”和“无接触式配送”进行了文献查阅及总结,研究了该设想的可行性。最后线上基于现有的旅游信息服务平台具体设计了“旅游社区电商”和“导游导购”两大“智慧旅游”的创新服务模块,线下具体设计了协同运作的无接触式配送体系。通过线上线下措施双管齐下试图解决游客在旅途中盲目采购旅游物资、携带困难等问题,同时也助力旅游、电商、物流等行业的进一步发展。
In the context of the resumption of tourism production and the development of smart innovation,firstly,this paper proposed the idea of"online+off line"collaborative operation to achieve"smart tourism".Secondly,literature review and summary of"smart tourism"and"non-contact distribution"are carried out to explore the feasibility of this idea.Finally,based on the existing tourism information service platform,the innovative service modules of"tourism community e-commerce"and"tour and shopping guide"are specifically designed online,and the collaborative non-contact distribution system is specifically designed off line.It tries to solve the problems of tourists,blind purchasing and carrying of tourism materials,and also helps the further development of tourism,e-commerce,logistics and other industries.
