高铁电机陶瓷轴承失效分析及解决对策

摘要 某型号高铁电机服役一年后发生异响,经拆解检查时发现电机轴承内圈滚道面存在损伤。经宏、微观形貌检查、材质检测和微观组织表征,该轴承内圈的轴向缺陷为伪布氏压痕,并结合轴承装配、服役工况对其失效原因和改善措施进行了讨论分析。得出结论:电机轴承径向游隙过小是产生伪布氏压痕失效的主要原因,建议在安装轴承时严格控制游隙大小,避免类似问题产生。 A type of motor for high speed train makes abnormal noise after being put into service for only one year,it is found after disassembly that there are damages on the inner raceway of motor bearing.Macrostructure and microstructure inspection,detection of the materials and microstructure representation indicate that the axial defects on the inner raceway of the bearing are pseudo Brinell indentation.Discussions and analysis are implemented on the bearing assembly,service conditions and improvement measures,which draw a conclusion that undersize radial endplay is held responsible for bringing about the failure of pseudo Brinell indentation,and it’s suggested that the endplay should be strictly controlled during the assembly of motor bearings to prevent such failures from occurring again.
