摘要
外槽轮排肥器是精准变量施肥的重要实施载体,为了研究外槽轮的结构参数对排肥器排肥性能的影响,阐述了外槽轮排肥器的工作原理,确定了影响排肥器性能的主要因素,构建了外槽轮排肥器充肥和排肥过程中的力学模型;运用离散元软件EDEM对外槽轮排肥器的排肥性能进行仿真分析,分析了槽轮半径、弧心距、凹槽数目对排肥性能的影响。选用排肥均匀度变异系数作为评价指标,槽轮半径、弧心距和凹槽数目为试验因素,进行排肥量的单因素试验和排肥均匀性的多因素试验。试验结果表明:排肥量与弧心距呈良好的线性关系,决定系数R^(2)不小于0.87;影响排肥性能的主次因素依次为槽轮半径、弧心距和凹槽数目,槽轮半径和弧心距的交互作用对排肥均匀性影响显著;当凹槽数目6个、槽轮半径27mm、弧心距25mm时,排肥均匀性系数最优值为91.12%。进行最优结构参数下的外槽轮排肥器台架试验和整机试验,结果显示排肥器的排肥均匀度系数为91%~95%。
The external groove wheel fertilizer applicator is an important carrier for the implementation of precision variable fertilization.In order to study the influence of the structural parameters of the external groove wheel on the fertilizer performance of the fertilizer applicator,this paper expounds the working principle of the external groove wheel fertilizer applicator,determines the main factors affecting the fertilizer performance of the fertilizer applicator,and constructs the mechanical model of the external groove wheel fertilizer applicator in the process of filling and discharging.Using discrete element software EDEM to simulate and analyze the fertilizer discharge performance of external groove wheel fertilizer discharger,the influence of groove wheel radius,arc center distance and groove number on fertilizer discharge performance is analyzed.The variation coefficient of fertilizer uniformity was selected as the evaluation index,and the radius of the groove wheel,the arc center distance and the number of grooves were used as the experimental factors.The single factor test of fertilizer discharge and the multi-factor test of fertilizer uniformity were carried out.The test results showed that there was a good linear relationship between fertilizer discharge and arc center distance,and the determination coefficient R^(2) was not less than 0.87.The primary and secondary factors affecting the fertilizer discharge performance are the groove wheel radius,the arc center distance and the number of grooves.The interaction between the groove wheel radius and the arc center distance has a significant indigenous effect on the fertilizer discharge uniformity.When the number of grooves is 6,the groove wheel radius is 27 mm and the arc center distance is 25mm,the optimal value of the fertilizer discharge uniformity coefficient is 91.12%.The bench test and the whole machine test of the outer groove wheel fertilizer discharger under the optimal structural parameters are carried out.The test results show that the fertilize
