摘要
铁水脱硅可减少转炉辅料消耗,是稳定转炉操作、实现少渣冶炼的一项重要工作。本文通过研究烧结矿、球团矿、窑渣等不同脱硅剂的脱硅效果,重点分析铁水温度、初始硅含量、及脱硅渣碱度对脱硅效果的影响,试验结果表明,同样的铁水条件,烧结矿的脱硅效果最佳,脱硅氧利用率超过60%,脱硅率超50%。铁水经过KR预脱硅可稳定转炉入炉铁水成分,同时回收了脱硅剂中的铁资源,并且通过扒渣减少入炉渣量,实现了少渣冶炼,给冶炼生产带来巨大的经济效益。
Desilication of iron metal can reduce the consumption of converter auxiliary materials,which is an important work to stabilize converter operation and achieve less slag smelting.This paper studies the desilication effect of different desilication agents such as sinter,pellets and kiln slag,and focuses on analyzing the influence of iron metal temperature,initial silicon content and alkalinity of desilication slag on the desilication effect.The test results show that under the same iron metal conditions,the desilication effect of sinter is the best,the utilization rate of desilication oxygen exceeds 60%,and the desilication rate exceeds 50%.The KR pre desilication of molten iron can stabilize the composition of molten iron fed into the converter,recover the iron resources in the desilication agent,and reduce the amount of slag fed into the furnace by skimming the slag,realizing less slag smelting,bringing huge economic benefits to smelting production.
