摘要
为提高城市道路清理的智能化与科学化,开展环卫智能机器人作业设备在城市道路清扫作业管理中的应用分析。驱动环卫智能机器人作业设备的过程中,会不断发出激光射线,感知环境中的垃圾与障碍物;当环卫智能机器人作业设备识别到城市道路上存在垃圾后,将自动启动本体结构的道路清扫模式;在作业过程中,根据机器人的作业环境,切换“吸扫型”和“纯扫型”道路清扫模式;根据区域环境中是否存在垃圾,机器人将利用激光规划清扫路径;利用环卫智能机器人作业设备中的差分GPS,获得机器人准确的位置坐标和方位角度,满足作业中的机械实时管理需求。
In order to improve the intelligence and scientificity of urban road cleaning,the application analysis of intelligent robot operating equipment in urban road cleaning operation management was carried out.During the driving process of the sanitation robot equipment,laser beams are constantly emitted to perceive the garbage and obstacles in the environment.When the sanitation robot equipment identifies the presence of garbage on the urban road,it will automatically initiate the road cleaning mode of its own structure.During the operation,the robot switches between"sweeping and suction"and"pure sweeping"road cleaning modes based on the operating environment.Depending on whether there is garbage in the regional environment,the robot will use laser planning to clean the path.By using the differential GPS in the intelligent sanitation robot equipment,the robot can obtain accurate location coordinates and orientation angles to meet real-time mechanical management needs during operations.
