教师视角下农村留守儿童自我同一性塑造的心理学策略

摘要 农村留守儿童正处于良好的自我同一性建立的关键期,同时自我同一性问题也困扰着他们。为塑造其自我同一性,教师应该指导他们准确认识自我现状并做出合理评价,明白自己的优缺点;在满足正当需要基础上,激发他们确立能够实现的新目标,保持进步的动力;帮助他们获得成功经验,提高实现预期目标的自信心,培养自我效能感;教育他们对各种问题进行合理归因,以积极态度对待遇到的困扰;积极开展心理健康教育,预防和解决心理问题,形成健全人格。 Children left-behind in rural areas were in the critical period of forming healthy ego identity but sometimes troubled by the problems of ego identity.In order to cultivate their ego identity,their teachers should guide these children to understand their own situation and make reasonable evaluation accurately;On the basis of meeting children’s appropriate needs,teachers should encourage them to establish new goals that can be achieved and maintain the motivation for progress,and help them gain successful experience,and improve self-confidence and cultivate self-efficacy,and educate them to make reasonable attributions to various problems they encountered,and encourage them to deal with the problems from a positive perspective.While,schools should actively carry out mental health education,prevent and solve psychological problems,to help children form a sound personality.
