摘要
环氧树脂涂胶设备是液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)船液货围护系统建造过程中的核心工艺装备。针对现有进口半自动环氧树脂涂胶设备存在的问题展开分析,从供胶系统选型、全自动涂胶流水线设计、控制系统优化等3个方面提出改进措施,形成满足实际生产要求的LNG船全自动环氧树脂涂胶流水线。
The epoxy resin glue spreading equipment is the core technology equipment during the liquid cargo containment system construction of Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG)carrier.The analysis is made in view of the existing problems of imported semi-automatic epoxy resin glue spreading equipment,and the improvement measures are proposed in the selection of glue supply system,design of fully automatic epoxy resin glue spreading assembly line,and optimization of control system,so as to form a fully automatic epoxy resin glue spreading assembly line for LNG carrier meeting the actual production requirements.
