摘要
ERECTA(ER)是一种富含亮氨酸重复片段(LRR)的类受体激酶(RLKs)基因,RLKs可以参与多种信号通路并在植物发育早期细胞间信号传导中具有关键作用。植物中有少数核心信号通路参与调节植物生长发育中的不同方面,ER家族(ERfs)信号通路是这些核心信号之一,在植物的形态发生、花序形成和发育、生物胁迫和非生物胁迫的应答过程中都具有重要作用。尽管ERfs对于植物生长的正常发育是不可或缺的,但由于其功能众多,调控机制十分复杂,各个信号通路发生的组织部位与时间都不相同,使得研究ER信号网络变得困难。ER处于各个信号通路较为上游的位置,因此明确ER调控机制对研究植物生长发育和形态建成至关重要。本研究综述了ER蛋白的结构特点和在植物地上部分器官形态发育方面的功能,主要包括在气孔发育、花序结构发育、茎的伸长以及调节茎尖大小等方面的作用,阐述了不同调控过程中的上游配体以及下游通路,为深入研究ER功能和作用机制提供参考。
ERECTA(ER)is a receptor like kinase(RLKs)containing leucine-rich repeat(LRR)domain.RLKs can participate in a variety of signaling pathways and are considered to be one of the most critical components of intercellular signaling in early development.A small number of core signaling pathways have been repeatedly used to regulate different aspects of plant.The ERECTA family(ERfs)is one of these central pathways and plays an important role in plant morphogenesis,inflorescence formation and development,response to biological and abiotic stresses.Although ER is essential for the normal development of plant growth,each pathway occurs in different tissue locations and at different times,it is difficult to know the mechanism due to the numerous functions of ER gene family and the complex signaling pathways regulated by ERfs.ER is in the upstream position of each signaling pathway,so it is very important to understand the regulation mechanism of ER for the study of plant growth,development and morphogenesis.In this review,we summarized the structural characteristics of ER protein and its functions and regulatory mechanisms related to morphological development of above-ground plant organs.We summarized the mechanism of ER in regulating different growth processes,and expounded the upstream ligands and downstream pathways in different regulatory processes.Specifically,it includes roles in stomatal development,inflorescence structure development,stem elongation and the regulation of shoot apical meristem,providing a reference for further study of ER function and mechanism.
