摘要
目的探讨自助式按摩贴敷膏防治青少年调节性近视的临床疗效。方法选取2021年4月至2022年6月就诊于醴陵市中医院眼科门诊的129例青少年近视患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组63例与对照组66例。观察组采用自助式按摩贴敷膏治疗,对照组予以王不留行籽耳穴贴压治疗。观察两组裸眼视力及屈光度改变,比较两组不同治疗疗程时的疗效。结果治疗后,两组裸眼视力均改善(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组屈光度均降低(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个疗程、2个疗程后观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个疗程后观察组与对照组治疗有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自助式按摩贴敷膏与王不留行籽耳穴贴压防治青少年调节性近视的疗效相当,但前者起效更快。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-massage combined with ointment on adolescent accommodative myopia.Methods 129 adolescent myopia patients who visited the ophthalmology clinic of Liling Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group of 63 cases and a control group of 66 cases using a random number table method.The observation group was treated with self-service massage and application ointment,while the control group was treated with Wangbuliuxing seed ear acupoint pressing.The visual acuity and diopter of the two groups were observed.The curative effects of different treatment courses were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the naked eye vision of both groups improved(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the refractive power of both groups decreased(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05);After one and two courses of treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After three courses of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the treatment effectiveness between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of self-help massage application cream is equivalent to that of Wang Buliuxing seed ear acupoint application in preventing and treating adolescent accommodative myopia,but the former takes effect faster.
