摘要
目的:探讨肌骨超声在肩关节软组织训练伤中的临床运用价值。方法:收集我院骨科病房2019年1月-2020年5月收治的肩关节软组织训练伤患者,共计127个肩关节部位。全部患者均经外院关节镜确诊为肩袖撕裂或者通过核磁共振检查(MRI)确诊为肩袖肌腱病或盂肱关节滑膜增厚。将MRI诊断结果作为金标准,将肌骨超声与MRI的诊断结果进行对比。肩袖撕裂以关节镜检查为金标准,比较肌骨超声与MRI的诊断结果。结果:MRI确诊为肩袖肌腱病共85例,肌骨超声确诊为肩袖肌腱病共83例,诊断符合率为96.47%(83/85)。肌骨超声与MRI确诊为盂肱关节滑膜增厚均为38例,诊断符合率为100.00%(38/38)。外院关节镜确诊肩袖撕裂共10例,肌骨超声确诊肩袖撕裂10例,诊断符合率为100.00%(10/10),MRI确诊肩袖撕裂8例,诊断符合率为80.00%(8/10)。结论:对关节软组织训练损伤患者采取肌骨超声与MRI诊断均具有较高的诊断价值,肌骨超声更为简洁,能够实现动态、灵活观察,其临床应用价值更高。
To investigate the clinical application value of musculoskeletal ultrasound in shoulder soft tissue training inju-ries.Methods:Total of 127 shoulder joints were collected from January 2019 to May 2020 for shoulder joint soft tissue training injuries admitted to our hospital.All patients were diagnosed with rotator cuff tears by arthroscopy or thickening of the glenoblader synovial mem-brane by mrivisi(MRI)in other hospitals.Using the diagnosis of MRI as the gold standard,the myoskeletal ultrasound was compared with the diagnosis of MRI.Rotator cuff tears are the gold standard for arthroscopy,comparing the diagnosis of musculoskeletal ultrasound with MRI.Results:A total of 85 cases were diagnosed with MRI as rotator cuff tendon disease,and 82 cases with musculoskeletal ultra-sound were diagnosed with rotator cuff tendon disease,and the diagnostic compliance rate was 96.47%(82/85).Musculoskeletal ultra-sound and MRI likewise confirmed 38 cases of thickening of the synovial membrane of the glenoblader joint,and the diagnostic compli-ance rate was 100.00%(38/38).A total of 10 cases of rotator cuff tears were confirmed by external arthroscopy,10 cases of rotator cuff tears were confirmed by musculoskeletal ultrasound,and the diagnostic compliance rate was 100.00%(10/10),and 8 cases of MRI confirmed rotator cuff tears,with a diagnostic compliance rate of 80.00%(8/10).Conclusion:Both musculoskeletal ultrasound and MRI diagnosis of joint soft tissue training injuries have high diagnostic value,and musculoskeletal ultrasound is more concise,which can achieve dynamic and flexible observation,and its clinical application value is higher.
