摘要
目的探讨在急性乳腺炎瘀滞期中应用七步砭石通乳法联合情志护理对患者临床症状及疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2021年12月在四川省第二中医医院门诊乳腺科接受治疗的60例哺乳期急性乳腺炎瘀滞期患者,随机分为2组,每组30例。对照组应用七步砭石通乳法护理,观察组应用七步砭石通乳法加情志护理,3 d后,比较2组的临床症状、疼痛程度。结果护理后,观察组乳汁瘀积程度Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度分别为86.67%(26/30)、10.00%(3/30)、3.33%(1/30),优于对照组的60.00%(18/30)、26.67%(8/30)、13.33%(4/30)(Z=3.021,P<0.05);护理后,观察组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分为(2.05±1.13)分,低于对照组的(3.14±1.02)分(t=7.031,P<0.05)。结论给予产后急性乳腺炎瘀滞期患者七步砭石通乳法配合情志护理能更明显地改善临床症状,减轻疼痛程度,效果良好。
Objective To investigate the effect of Qibu Bianshi Tongru method combined with emotional nursing on clinical symptoms and pain degree in acute mastitis.Methods Sixty patients with lactation acute mastitis who received treatment in Sichuan Province Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Qibu Bianshi Tongru method,and the observation group was treated with Qibu Bianshi Tongru method and emotional nursing.After 3 days,the clinical symptoms and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,milk stasisⅠdegrees,Ⅱdegrees,Ⅲdegrees of the observation group were 86.67%(26/30),10.00%(3/30),3.33%(1/30),which was better than that of control group,respectively((60.00%,18/30),(26.67%,8/30),(13.33%,4/30)(Z=3.021,P<0.05).After nursing,the observation group for visual analogue scale(VAS)score(2.05-1.13),(3.14-1.02)points lower than the control group(t=7.031,P<0.05).Conclusion Qibu Bianshi Tongru method combined with emotional nursing can improve clinical symptoms and relieve pain more obviously,and the effect is good.
