摘要
目的通过比较针刺同名经远端反应点和服用布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗四肢区域点状疼痛的效果和安全性,验证针刺远端反应点的近期效果是否优于布洛芬缓释胶囊,明确远端反应点的选取原则是否普遍客观存在。方法将符合四肢区域点状疼痛纳入标准的300例患者,采用中心分层区组随机化方法,将中心作为分层因素,按照1∶1的比例将受试者随机分配到治疗组和对照组,根据分组进行相应治疗。通过压力测痛仪对疼痛改变进行量化检测,通过耐痛阈改善率对止痛效果进行评价,同时观测治疗组即刻效果变化。结果治疗后,治疗组的耐痛阈改善率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺同名经远端反应点可以显著改善四肢区域点状疼痛症状,其止痛效果优于口服布洛芬胶囊;同时也说明四肢区域点状疼痛存在明确的远端反应点。
Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of acupuncture at the same name via the distal reaction point and taking ibuprofen sustained-release capsule in the treatment of punctate pain in extremities,to verify whether the short-term efficacy of acupuncture at the distal reaction point is better than that of ibuprofen sustained-release capsule,and to clarify whether the selection principle of the distal reaction point is universal and objective.Methods 300 patients who met the inclusion criteria of punctate pain in limb area were randomly assigned to acupuncture group and drug group according to the ratio of 1:1,and the pain changes were quantitatively detected by pressure pain meter,the analgesic effect was evaluated by the improvement rate of pain tolerance threshold,and the immediate effect changes in the treatment group were observed.Results After treatment,the improvement rate of pain tolerance threshold in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at the distal reaction point of the same name can significantly improve the symptoms of punctate pain in limbs,and its analgesic effect is better than that of oral ibuprofen capsule.At the same time,it also shows that there is a clear distal reaction point in the punctate pain of limbs.
