摘要
现阶段越来越多的外籍人士选择到中等及以下的城市社区工作、学习和生活,但这些地方的外籍人士在社区融入方面遇到了一些障碍。研究基于2021年对芜湖市区外籍人士问卷调查和个案访谈分析,发现部分外籍人士在社区融入过程中存在着:自我“原子化”、文字符号互动障碍、社区意识不足、做出负面行为等问题。针对上述问题,试图从社会工作视角出发,运用小组工作、社区工作和个案工作,来提升外籍人士城市社区融入度。
Currently,more and more foreigners choose to work,study and live in the medium-sized city of urban communities or below the medium-sized.However,foreigners in these places have encountered some obstacles in community integration.The research is based on the questionnaire survey and case interview analysis of foreigners in Wuhu urban area in 2021.It is found that some foreigners have some problems in the process of community integration,such as self“atomization”,interaction barriers of text symbols,lack of community awareness,and doing negative behaviors.Directed at the above problems,the research attempts to use group work,community work and casework to improve the integration of foreigners into urban communities from the perspective of social work.
