摘要
腹部手术是临床常见的外科手术,由于手术位置特殊,会对患者的胃肠功能障碍造成影响,容易引发便秘、腹泻等胃肠功能障碍问题,影响营养摄入,不利于病情恢复。目前,临床治疗术后胃肠功能障碍问题,主要以西药治疗方法为主,患者用药后作用十分有限,并且容易引发其他并发症。中医认为腹部手术后胃肠功能障碍主要与失血过多、活动受限等因素有关,从而导致患者体内血亏气虚,引发胃肠功能障碍,对其采用中医药治疗方法,可以有效改善患者临床症状。胃肠功能障碍症状表现十分典型,我国古代中医经典著作中有诸多中医药治疗方法。针对现代腹部手术所导致的胃肠功能障碍,临床医生在治疗期间要从中医角度考虑病理发生原因,着重进行行气、补血、通络等治疗。目前,腹部手术后胃肠功能障碍中医药疗法治疗方法已经取得一定研究成果,临床研究文献较多。故此,本文将从中医病理分析与治疗方法研究进展进行综述,旨在提高腹部手术后胃肠功能障碍临床治疗效果,促进患者早日康复。
Abdominal surgery is a common surgical procedure in clinical practice.Due to the special location of the surgery,it can affect the patient's gastrointestinal dysfunction,easily leading to gastrointestinal dysfunction problems such as constipation and diarrhea,affecting nutritional intake,and not conducive to recovery.At present,Western medicine is the main treatment method for postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction in clinical practice.The effects of medication on patients are very limited and can easily lead to other complications.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that gastrointestinal dysfunction after abdominal surgery is mainly related to factors such as excessive blood loss and limited mobility,which can lead to blood deficiency and qi deficiency in the patient's body,leading to gastrointestinal dysfunction.The use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms.The symptoms of gastrointestinal dysfunction are very typical,and there are many traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods in ancient Chinese classic works.In response to the gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by modern abdominal surgery,clinical doctors should consider the causes of pathological changes from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine during treatment,focusing on treatment such as promoting qi circulation,nourishing blood,and unblocking collaterals.At present,traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods for gastrointestinal dysfunction after abdominal surgery have achieved certain research results,and there are many clinical research literature.Therefore,this article will review the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine pathological analysis and treatment methods,aiming to improve the clinical treatment effect of gastrointestinal dysfunction after abdominal surgery and promote patients'early recovery.
