摘要
新时期,城市化进程加快,社会对建筑业的要求也相应提高。与此同时,建筑业内部竞争日趋激烈,因此,建筑业必须加强建设项目管理,科学、健康地管理项目成本,提高企业经济效益,以保证企业的长远发展。本文结合全过程成本控制的现状,分析影响建设项目成本控制的因素,提出了加强建设项目管理全过程成本控制的一些措施,为提高建设项目造价控制质量提供参考。
In the new era,the urbanization process is accelerating,and the social requirements for the construction industry are also correspondingly increasing.At the same time,the internal competition of the construction industry is becoming increasingly fierce,therefore,the construction industry must strengthen construction project management,manage project costs scientifically and healthily,and improve the economic benefits of enterprises to ensure the long-term development of enterprises.Based on the current situation of whole-process cost control,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the cost control of construction projects,and puts forward some measures to strengthen the cost control in the whole process of construction project management,so as to provide reference for improving the quality of construction project cost control.
